This page supplements our Privacy Policy and provides additional information for California residents pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"). If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information as described below.
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers:
We collect and use personal information for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:
DecisionLedger AI does not sell your personal information. We do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
DecisionLedger AI does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose personal information for targeted advertising purposes.
As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as data needed to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, comply with legal obligations, or exercise legal claims).
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no need to opt out. However, if our practices change, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and update this page.
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information (as defined by the CPRA) beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. If this changes, we will provide a mechanism to limit such use.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you service, charge different prices, provide a different quality of service, or suggest any such treatment based on your exercise of privacy rights.
To exercise any of the rights described above, you may submit a verifiable consumer request by:
You may make a verifiable consumer request up to twice within a 12-month period.
When you submit a request, we will verify your identity by matching at least two data points you provide against information we already maintain. For requests for specific pieces of personal information, we apply a higher standard of verification and may ask for additional documentation. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need additional time (up to 45 more days), we will notify you in writing.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require: (a) proof of signed written permission from you, and (b) direct verification of your identity with us. Authorized agent requests should include documentation of the agent's authority along with the consumer request.
In accordance with CCPA regulations, we will publish annual metrics regarding consumer requests received, complied with, and denied for the prior calendar year. These metrics will be posted to this page by July 1 of each year.
We may update this California Privacy Rights notice periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where required, by providing additional notice.
