Illustrative re-creations of the app's screens, using sample data.
What it does
Not a mirror of the phone app. The few things worth doing in ten seconds.
Capture a decision by speaking
The moment a decision is made is rarely the moment you are at a keyboard.
- Dictate on the watch, review the text, then create the decision
- The full text is saved as the decision's description
- If voice input is not available on the watch, type instead
- A confirmation with the new decision number, so you know it landed
Clear approvals from your wrist
The request that has been waiting on you, one tap away.
- A list of what is waiting on you
- Approve or reject in place, recorded like any other approval
- Handled elsewhere in the meantime? You are told it is already handled
Ask the assistant a question
The same assistant as the web app, in a form that fits a glance.
- Ask by voice or by typing, and check what was heard before it is sent
- The conversation is held while you swipe to other pages
- Replies can be read aloud from the watch speaker
- Anything that needs approval is handed back to the phone or web app, not decided on the watch
Notifications you can act on
Read your alerts and mark them read without reaching for the phone.
- Newest first, with how long ago
- Mark read from the list
A small screen is no reason for a weaker door
The watch signs in itself and talks to the same API as everything else, so the controls are the ones you already rely on.
Your sign-in, including MFA
Email and password, with authenticator-app codes as a second factor, entered on the watch. No separate credential to provision. Accounts that need another verification method are sent to the phone.
Gated by the watch's own lock
The app asks for the watch's PIN or pattern before it opens. A watch with no lock set is told to set one first.
Encrypted in transit, nothing plain
Cleartext traffic is forbidden in the app's network configuration, so requests only travel over TLS.
Error messages that reveal nothing
The screen never shows the identity provider's or the network's own message, which can disclose whether an email has an account.
The same permissions as the web app
The watch talks to the same API, so roles, grants, and tenant isolation are enforced by the same backend. Switch workspaces from settings.
Quiet by default where it matters
Spoken replies are a setting you control, with a choice of installed voices, so a private answer is not read out in a meeting.
