Roles & Permissions
DecisionLedger AI uses role-based access control (RBAC) with eight built-in roles. Each role provides a specific level of access to the platform.
Full access. Manage users, roles, billing, integrations, governance settings, and all platform configuration. Holds all 62 permissions.
Strategic decision authority. Full scenario, template, KPI, and decision access including final approval and override. Can manage teams and view audit logs and AI governance dashboards.
Tactical approval authority. Approve standard decisions, escalate to executives, export data, and resolve pending governance gates.
Creates and prepares decision scenarios. Full edit access to scenarios and templates, creates KPIs, and submits decisions for approval.
Compliance and audit access. Read-only across scenarios, decisions, and KPIs, with full audit-log export and compliance checks.
Board governance access. View decisions and dashboards, grant final approval on strategic decisions, record outcomes, and access the board portal.
Full access to AI governance controls: agent registry, kill switch, shadow mode, AI evaluator, governance policies, and gate resolution.
Read-only access to approved scenarios, decisions, dashboards, and reports. Cannot create or modify data.
Workspace Settings
Organization Profile
Set your organization name, industry, headcount range, and geographic region. This information is used for benchmark matching and peer comparisons.
Appearance
Toggle between light and dark themes. Theme preference is stored per-user and applied across all pages.
Security Settings
Enforce MFA for all users, configure session timeout duration, manage API keys, and review active sessions.
Model Configuration
Select which decision models are enabled for your workspace. Configure default parameters, custom fields, and domain-specific settings.
