Architecture
DecisionLedger AI is a cloud-native SaaS platform built for enterprise reliability, security, and scale. Every workspace is fully isolated with row-level security, dedicated encryption keys, and independent data boundaries.
Multi-Tenant Isolation
Each workspace operates in complete isolation with row-level security policies enforced at the database layer. Your data is never co-mingled.
Plugin Engine
Over 150 decision models run as signed, sandboxed plugins. Each plugin is cryptographically verified before execution.
Security-First Design
SOC 2 Type II audited infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit, MFA support, and comprehensive audit logging.
Role-Based Access
Granular permissions with Admin, Operator, Analyst, and Viewer roles. Fine-tune access to models, decisions, and governance features.
Key Concepts
Decision
A trackable unit of organizational choice. Decisions move through a lifecycle — from draft through analysis, deliberation, approval, execution, and monitoring — with full audit trails.
Scenario
A single execution of a decision model with specific inputs. Scenarios capture the inputs, outputs, KPIs, and AI evaluation for every model run. Multiple scenarios can be compared side-by-side.
Model (Plugin)
A packaged decision algorithm that takes structured inputs and produces scored outputs, KPIs, and recommendations. Models cover HR, finance, operations, risk, M&A, and more.
KPI
Key Performance Indicator extracted from model outputs. KPIs are tracked over time, benchmarked against industry data, and monitored for drift.
Workspace
An isolated tenant environment containing your organization's decisions, scenarios, models, users, and configuration. Each workspace has its own data boundary.
Decision Method
The mathematical framework underlying a model — such as Monte Carlo simulation, TOPSIS, Bayesian expected utility, or linear programming. DecisionLedger supports 14 methods.
How It Works
Choose a Model
Browse the model catalog by domain (HR, Finance, Operations, Risk) or search for a specific use case. Each model includes a description, required inputs, and sample outputs.
Configure Inputs
Enter your data through guided forms, upload spreadsheets, or pull from connected integrations (HRIS, ERP, BI tools). Input validation ensures data quality.
Run & Analyze
Execute the model to generate scenarios with scored alternatives, KPIs, risk assessments, and AI-generated narratives explaining the results.
Govern & Track
Link scenarios to decisions, route through approval workflows, compare alternatives, and track outcomes over time with the governance framework.
